How to Report an Incident to Q-CERT

If you suspect that your computer or network has been electronically attacked or subjected to any of the following activity, you should immediately report it to Q-CERT:

• attempts (either failed or successful) to gain unauthorized access to a system or its data
• unwanted disruption or denial of service
• the unauthorized use of a system for the processing or storage of data
• changes to system hardware, firmware, or software characteristics without the owner's knowledge, instruction, or consent

You can report an incident to Q-CERT in one of three ways:

1. Call us at +974 4493 3408. The Q-CERT hotline number is available 24 x 7 for emergency calls.
2. Email us at incidents@qcert.org
3. Complete the incident reporting form.
