As ictQATAR's internal communications specialist, Shalini Ravi is tasked with finding ways to share information about ictQATAR's teams. She has begun a series of podcasts with members of Q-CERT in an attempt to penetrate the veil of technical gibberish that can sometimes appear to cover information security teams. This week she talks with Farrukh Ahmed, head of Q-CERT's Critical Information Security team, about the services Q-CERT provides and about its impact on the GCC region.
