Q-CERT Overhauls Incident Reporting Guidelines

The Incident Management team at Q-CERT has released a new version of the incident reporting guidelines it publishes to assist users who are reporting incidents. "Having an easy-to-use incident reporting process is one key to good incident handling," said Ian Dowdeswell, Manager of the Incident Management team. "We think the new format does a better job of separating what's essential from what's just nice to have, and it presents its guidance more clearly."
